Article IX. Notice
Unless specified otherwise in other Sections of these Bylaws, whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions of the Act or of the Condominium Instructions to any mortgagee, Director, or Unit Owner, it shall not be construed to require personal notice, but such notice may be given in writing by mail, by depositing the same in a post office or letter box, in a post-paid sealed wrapper, addressed to such mortgagee, Director, or Unit Owner at such address as appears on the books of the Condominium, and such notice shall be deemed to be given at the time when the same shall be thus mailed.
2. Waiver of Notice
Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions of the Act or the Condominium Instructions, a waiver thereof, in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether signed before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent thereto.
